Welcome to Pink Avenue! Below, you’ll find answers to some of the questions frequently asked by our valued customers, along with our policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

Stock Availability:

  • Wondering if something is in stock? Check our website for online availability. In-store shopping operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not hold items under any circumstances.

Order Confirmation and Payment:

  • Rest assured, upon purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation/thank you email. If funds are deducted but confirmation is not received, don’t fret; it may be a banking regulation. Contact your credit institution to resolve it.

Handling Incorrect Items:

  • Received the wrong item? Email us a picture along with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you within 24-48 hours.

Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Our shipment processing time includes pulling, packing, and delivery, usually taking 4-5 business days. High volume periods and COVID-19 may cause delays. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Restocking Information:

  • Keep an eye out! Some items are restocked. Sign up for notifications on our website to stay informed.

Sizing Assistance:

  • Unsure about sizing? Detailed information is available on our website, or contact us for personalized assistance via chat or email.

Fraud Alerts and Verification:

  • If an order is refunded due to fraud alerts, it will be issued promptly. We may request verification for orders flagged for potential fraud to ensure security.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • We use USPS priority shipping and DHL for international orders. Expect processing times of 4-5 business days and 7-14 business days for international shipping. Express shipping options are available.

Helpful Tips:

  • For delivery concerns, check various spots around your home and contact the carrier for assistance. Remember, we’re not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.

Returns and Refund Policies:

  • Due to COVID-19, we’re not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or items sold out or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

I made a purchase, but I did not get a confirmation, and money came out of my account.

We send a confirmation/ thank you for your order. Some cards/banks will hold monies as per their banking regulations even if the order was completed. It will fall off, you can contact your credit institution and they will remove the hold. The hold has nothing to do with pink Avenue.

 

Received the wrong item

Please contact customer service by emailing a picture of the item along with your name and order number.

Allow 24-48 hours to receive a response on next steps.

Refund Policy

 Pink Avenue issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order if your order is

* canceled by pink Ave.

 *One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

 *items is provided to be received damaged defective or incorrect

Pink Avenue will take two to five business days to clear your refund. Depending on the financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

 

Shipping 

What are the processing and shipping times?

Shipment processing time includes (pulling, packing, and post office for delivery) and can take up to 4-5 business days. USPS can take up to 24 hours to update tracking information. During high volume times USPS may have delays with updates and deliveries, please refer to your tracking number sent to the email address attached to the original order.

Larger items or quantities may be received in two shipments, the second tracking number will be sent the the email address on file.

Pre-Orders. Once pre-orders arrive at our facility, they will be packed and shipped in the order they were received. Please see item descriptions on our website for updates on pre-order and delivery dates. Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus, most carriers are experiencing shipping delays due to low staff and rerouting packages to other facilities Please be patient orders can take longer than expected at this time check tracking regularly for updates.

My package is saying delivered but I do not see it

Packages may be delivered the next day after the shipment says it’s been delivered if you live in a complex please check with the front office building for possible deliveries there. If your item is visible to the street sometimes postal carriers will try and hide packages out of the way for security reasons. Please refer to your tracking number the carrier will sometimes add exact delivery locations. Please check with other household members about packages. Some carriers will leave packages in hidden areas like backyard garages and in doorways.

If you cannot locate your package contact your local postal office for the next steps most claim information is on the usps.com.  If the negligence is on their part a claim can be filed for $50 to USD 100, please contact them by phone at 1800 -ASK-USPS.

Pink Avenue Does not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

My order was refunded

Sometimes orders are refunded by Pink Avenue TT. because we received a high risk fraud alerts on the order. If this happens the refund will be issued right away and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address attached to the order. To ensure you do not miss out on the items you are ordering please make sure your credit card billing and name information matches and is entered correctly. We reserve the right to refund any order that is suspected of fraud.

I received a text or e-mail to send verification before my order can be processed.

If you received a verification request, your order has some level of fraud attached to it. Sometimes it’s simply mismatch address and billing information, CVV code ( 3 digits on the back of the credit card used is missing), card(name) information doesn’t match billing information, shipping and billing information is different. We understand that sharing personal information comes with some risks, we only ask for identity verification for proof that the credit information used belongs to the person who ordered.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We use USPS  priority shipping and DHL for international shipping. Order processing times May take up to four to five business days and up to 7 to 14 business days for international shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays most post office locations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Weather can be a factor and coach changes with delivery dates.

Express shipping is available.

 Sunday orders ship on Monday

Weekday orders except Friday must be in by 11:00 AM Pacific Time or 2:00 PM eastern Standard Time to ship out next business day. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries and shipping.

Tracking information., all shipments include tracking information and will be sent to the e-mail attached to the order,, some phone carriers do not allow update, please use an updated e-mail address to ensure you receive the tracking information. The post office will give an estimated delivery date once packages are scanned into their system.

Please make sure your address is correct

There is no way for us to make updates once your order is shipped.. We are not responsible for orders that go to the wrong address or are missing apartment numbers. If items are returned to us the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees, restock. Please see return policy

Shipping fees are based on order size and weight and are subject to change by shipping carriers fees will be applied accordingly with those changes. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout by weight and region /location for shipping destination.

Shipping provider information

The priority is two to five days depending on location. This does not include Sundays or holidays and custom holds. Most packages have a $50 to $100 insurance applied. Please contact USPS for the next steps or packages that have arrived due to their mishandling please contact 1800- ask- USPS.

Once the post office has marked your order delivered please refer to 1800-ASK- USPS if you are having trouble locating the package.

Helpful Tips

Please check for delivery at your mailbox, also at your neighbors, front office of complex, tucked away spots. If you feel your order was stolen please contact the proper authorities. Once USPS or other shipping services scan packages into their system and have possession of the order we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We are not responsible for your delivery if you are not home recently moved or are on vacation or if it is missing after delivery.
